Challenge
When studying or doing homework, not every student has access to personalized and free help. The ASI app changes that by giving them access to an AI tutor available 24/7, designed specifically by their teachers. It simplifies learning, makes it affordable for all, and helps educators manage their time while offering continuous support.
Transforming ideas into a student-centered app
The research began with a broad concept of an AI chatbot. We worked closely with the client to define the direction, exploring similar apps. The focus shifted to creating a mobile solution targeted at teachers and students.
We started with the core idea — education — and let it guide our design journey through a detailed competitor analysis. With user flows and wireframes in place, the project received enthusiastic approval to proceed.

Minimalist elegance meets youthful energy
The first concept focuses on a clean, minimalistic UI that fits smoothly with the brand. With a monochrome palette of black, white, and gray, the design creates a sleek, elegant experience while building familiarity and trust.
While similar to the first concept, this design adds a playful touch with subtle animations and a pop of blue. It stays aligned with the overall minimalistic approach but brings a lively element to appeal to a younger audience.

Easy on the eyes, effortless in action
Our expert team created a user-friendly interface for the AI chatbot, focusing on friction-free interaction. Key buttons and notifications were highlighted to stand out while keeping the overall design clean and functional.
Staying true to the visual identity, we used an approachable style with soft gray and black and just a few pops of color for interest. For the fonts, the sans-serif Inter was chosen to support the app’s multilingual nature.
The challenge was to blend accent colors with branding, keeping the design engaging without losing its original essence.

While working on the Home screen, our team focused on creating a layout that offers easy access to notifications, suggested subjects, and recent study topics. Users can connect with peers, ensuring smooth and personalized navigation.
Profile statistics & achievements
Our team implemented the app’s achievement system, rewarding students for activities, social interactions, and milestone completions. These features make progress tracking enjoyable and keep learners motivated in a personalized way.
Talk to Your Tutor: personalized mode
We helped shape the Talk to Your Tutor mode, where students select topics and engage with the AI tutor in an interactive chat. This bot asks questions, provides feedback, and awards points for correct answers, creating a personalized learning experience.
Multiplayer Quiz: learning with friends
Working on the Multiplayer Quiz, our team enabled students to connect with friends or peers to compete in timed quizzes. An AI referee ensures fairness, while voting for the top contributor adds a fun and reflective dynamic to each session.
