Challenge
Handling social media for a team can be exhausting, especially when managing several profiles simultaneously. With so many tasks to juggle, it’s easy for things to get out of hand, miss deadlines, and waste time. This signals a real need for a solution that simplifies all the processes and keeps everything in one place.

Getting to the heart of what makes the brand tick
Before designing the identity, our team prioritised ZoomSphere’s essence as a social media management tool. Rather than using cliché visuals like handshakes or globes, we set out to spotlight collaboration in a fresh way.
The mission was to create a brand that users could truly fall for and build a warm relationship with. Having this in mind, we decided to favor a doodle style and use vibrant pastel colors that capture the spirit of teamwork.

A simple logo with layers to explore
To create a standout logo, we studied well-known platforms like Figma, TikTok, and Notion. Our team explored multiple variations and settled on shape-based concepts, presenting polished options alongside identity elements.
The final version is more composite and consists of several interlocking elements, conveying how well the platform supports large teams. In addition, the subtle negative space between these shapes forms the letter “Z.”

It’s the right touches that make it work
Merging the brightest highlights from our creative process, we crafted a one-of-a-kind brand that radiates warmth, teamwork, and friendliness. Every visual choice works in harmony to communicate the central platform’s message.
We experimented with different shapes, colors, and striking visuals, aiming to set this identity apart. The result is a comprehensive guideline that captures all the components and positions this brand as future-proof.

We focused on clear rules, showing what works perfectly and what doesn’t, minimizing chances to deviate from the intended visual communication.

Web insights fuel design people love exploring
Social media is one of the rapidly developing industries, where staying ahead means keeping up with trends. Analyzing competitors’ sites, we concluded that most of them don’t have modern elements and well-thought-out compositions.
Considering this, we designed a horizontal navigation structure with highlighted elements that encourage action. To further engage visitors, we introduced a dedicated showreel breakdown that demonstrates how the product works.

A tale of two concepts, both designed to delight
This concept sticks to a traditional layout with a soft and welcoming vibe. A central axis smoothly guides visitors, while illustrations inspired by the logo shapes unite all pages into a cohesive, friendly brand experience.
The second approach makes things personal and fun. The main header features playful illustrations of user avatars, putting people at the heart of the brand’s identity. Bright visual accents add energy across the design.

Animations that set the right first impression
When users first land on the website, they’re greeted by an eye-catching animation. As they roll over, a dynamic screenshot of the dashboard smoothly appears, assembling piece by piece and highlighting key features along the way.
To emphasize content blocks, we’ve included a divider screen with text transforming into a tag when users scroll. For enhanced credibility, our team added a running line with the major companies’ logos that the client worked with.
A design experience worth talking about
During the collaboration, the client already had a functioning platform, and our priority was to refresh and simplify the user experience. Guided by the new brand identity, we created a design in the lightest possible airy style.
Our final layout does not include many saturated colors to prevent people from being overwhelmed by unnecessary elements. Keeping user needs in mind, we also created light and dark modes to provide flexibility and comfort.

Custom-built website with a little extra sparkle
Our task was to build the website from scratch, carefully matching every detail of the new design. We chose Webflow for its flexibility and simplicity, helping us deliver a fully customizable platform with interactive touches.
For intuitive content sliders, we implemented Swiper.js. To make the site truly engaging, we used Matter.js to create elements that interact smoothly with each other, simulating realistic physics and dynamic collisions.

Support that never stops at launch
Our collaboration extended beyond the successful launch. We continued working closely with ZoomSphere, making ongoing adjustments and improvements to design and development whenever content needed to evolve.
In fact, we’ve crafted two brand-new subpages to meet the current content demands. Additionally, our team has worked on the case study and resources pages and made some minor blog updates, keeping the website fresh.

Working on this project was an exciting challenge and a rewarding adventure for our team. We truly appreciated the openness and active involvement of the client throughout the process. Their clear communication and valuable input simplified collaboration and helped move the project forward.

Behind the scenes details making the brand pop

Color palette
The mix of bold hues does the talking
We built our color scheme to feel steady and bold at the same time. Black and white form the primary base, while orange, blue, yellow, and purple add a pop of energy. For more detailed illustrations, we turn to mint, rose, lime, and sky blue to give extra personality and depth.

Typography
Clean lines carry the message forward
Our team picked Hurme Geometric Sans 3 for its distinct style and balanced design. This font keeps everything looking polished and uniform across different channels. It adapts to headlines and works well for body text, making it a versatile choice for shaping identity.

Tags
Quick hints bring focus to the right words
To add a “flavor” of social media, we suggested using hashtags in the headlines, highlighting meaningful words. It’s a great tool for effective communication with the audience that helps put the right emphasis. Practical guidelines, along with usage warnings, were also included.

Visuals
Pictures paint their own story of connection
With illustrations, we made the brand less formal. Conveying a friendly feel, our team implemented real photos of everyday work scenes. To strengthen visual impact, we suggested placing an image in containers styled to match the tags and stay consistent with the look.

Marketing materials
Visual identity goes beyond just the screen
Keeping the company’s specific focus in mind, we created extra visuals that aligned with the brand’s direction. This includes social media templates and marketing collateral that helps better communicate with the audience. The brand’s look and feel on physical merchandise were also added.
