The company is dedicated to providing advanced treatments and solutions for individuals seeking to enhance the health and appearance of their hair and skin. With a focus on the happiness and glow of their clients, HAIR & SKIN utilizes advanced methods, such as Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE). For the company, it’s the core treatment technique, which allows for excellent long-lasting results and fast wound healing.

HAIR & SKIN significantly contributed to the growth and development of the Global Beauty and Personal Care Market, being the only chain in Switzerland owning clinics at more than 10 different locations. With a mobile-first approach, they rely on convenient access through any device, especially smartphones. The perfect clinic for these people is the one that caters to their graceful tastes and expectations, providing a user-friendly website and digital interfaces for easy navigation and appointment booking. In terms of design, they prefer a refined color palette and accessible typography fonts that exude sophistication, readability, and elegance.

Mixed design aesthetics
Our design team has crafted a sleek and bold visual experience for HAIR & SKIN, incorporating stunning photo material that showcases the expertise of the brand. With a clean grid design as the foundation, we have ensured a visually balanced layout that allows the content to shine on both web and mobile versions. As per the client's request, our team has retained the brand’s existing minimalistic typography and Black, Winter White, and Hedge Green color palette. For the CTA buttons, we chose a coral shade to create a gentle contrast against a light background and align with a friendly and warm HAIR & SKIN identity.

Challenges
The client aimed to boost lead generation through performance-oriented design. Besides, the site must be scalable, as it would be implemented on a headless CMS. Finally, it was crucial to provide users with intuitive navigation and present HAIR & SKIN as a modern and trustworthy company.
Solutions
To overcome these challenges, we created a seamless cross-device experience. Streamlined navigation and clear CTAs should encourage appointment bookings, helping to generate more leads, while sophisticated typography, colors, and photos emphasize HAIR & SKIN’s focus on innovation.

As not every person is a tech guru, it was also crucial to simplify the website’s functionality, creating an intuitive interface with different languages available. Besides, the client put a strong emphasis on data security, as sensitive information about patients’ health must always remain confidential.

To verify various hypotheses and to better understand what users wanted, the client conducted A/B testing and, based on this analysis, generated various tasks for us to implement. Some users were directed to the unaltered version of the site, and some would see the new one. One of the intriguing cases involved the testing of website registration methods:
